If a person wishes to awaken the force of light within them they have to first face what is termed the Guardian of the Threshold. This creature is a symbolic representation of the sum of our subconscious or our Ego and appears to us as a monster in a dream. If someone is searching for spirituality or a way to discover what lies behind the veil of the physical world then the first trial they must undergo is meeting with the Guardian of the Threshold. As this monster is the representation of our Ego, how we react to it uncovers how we relate to our ego and reveals if we are ready to begin to face the dark parts of ourselves or if we are too afraid. If someone is ready then in this dream they will face it and fight, whereas is someone is dominated by fear of the unknown they will panic and run away. If a person runs then they are not truly interested in permanent enlightenment although they may be intellectually interested in the concepts and ideas, they are not interested in undertaking the work that is needed to be done to walk the path that has been hidden in esoteric teachings for centuries.
If we are willing to face the Guardian of the Threshold then our spiritual essence which brings us into physical existence is yearning to self realize or in other words is longing to return to it’s place of origin. Once we pass this challenge then we have begun to walk towards the beginning of the path and we have commenced the great esoteric work that so many saints and sages have completed before us. Many people have already passed this test without realizing as even though someone may not be directly involved with a spiritual modality they have the attributes and interests that a make a person capable of doing this work and there essence has a hunger for peace. After succeeding in this challenge you are then given the opportunity to access higher knowledge and can be helped by spiritual beings in your work. You may not remember this dream but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened. This is universal for all people involved in any school of White Magic. … Continue Reading
Having an experience with an Incubus or a Succubus is extremely frightening and shocking and unfortunately these experiences are not that uncommon. People all around the world, from many different religious backgrounds have experienced demonic entities that attempt to engage with them sexually. There exist many theories as to why and how these beings have come to be. Unfortunately the root of these creatures lay within ourselves and are created from the combination of masturbation and imagination. Through masturbation we create sexual psychic elements which exist on higher dimensions. These are, when in their beginnings, connected to us (as if being born from us slowly as a separate creature) but as they are fed more sexual energy they can become an entity of their own and as this goes on they can even re-merge with us after being fully formed and feed their desires through us and our lives. I have come across many explanations behind why these entities exists but none of them pin point where their origins lay. I know through my own experience and through all I have learned from spiritual beings that the root of these perverse creatures lay within the act of sexual SELF GRATIFICATION. This is the true reason behind why in many religious traditions masturbation has been a contentious issue and is often debated about as to whether or not it is considered a sin. As far as I know there are no traditional religious scriptures that clearly state that masturbation is wrong, but the following phrase from the Bible speaks volumes to me regarding this question and many other unknown truths –
“But God shows his anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who push the truth away from themselves. For the truth about God is known to them instinctively. God has put this knowledge in their hearts.” ~ Romans 1:18-19 … Continue Reading
In my childhood I dealt with much hate and prejudice being a minority in a city dominated by one particular demographic. At the time Australia had not been anywhere near as multi cultural as it is today and dark-skinned migrants were still a relative rarity to come by in the 80’s. I grew up in the one area of Australia which is the most heavily populated Anglo-Saxon area according to statistics and as a dark-skinned female with a great amount of sensitivity to the environment and a timid personality, which was mainly due to the constant fear of judgement, it definitely was not an easy place to grow up in. Although outright racism was not the everyday experience for me, but it did occur occasionally, there was always issues of misunderstanding and assumption. Being asked if I lived in a hut when I went on holiday to South Africa was a common occurrence as well as the proverbial racist comments not aimed at me particularly, but expressed in front of me as if I were no different to the ‘normal’ white Australian. … Continue Reading
