Meditation can be one the most liberating experiences of a persons life. It is a way to find peace, happiness and to access other dimensions such as the Mental plane, the Causal (cauwsel – pronunciation) plane and the Absolute. There have been many proponents of meditation throughout history such as Gautama Buddha, Bodhidharma, Padmasambhava, Milarepa, Philip Kapleau, Hsu Yun, D.T. Suzuki and Seongcheol. Historically mediation has been common on the Asian continent but in recent times the practice has spread to the west where it is now readily accessible to millions of people.
A) The Mental Plane
In order to get to the Mental Plane first sit or lay in a comfortable position, relax your body, then visualize the word “Raphael”. By concentrating on this word you should find yourself on the Mental Plane in a matter of minutes.
B) The Casual Plane
To get to the Casual plane sit or lay in a comfortable position. If laying be sure to lay on your back because the ultimate aim of this meditation is to fall asleep while concentrating. Relax your body. Once your muscles are relaxed (don’t forget your face muscles), begin to focus on your breath. Focus on the sensation of the air entering and exiting the tip of your nose. You will find yourself entering into the void if your concentration is good. If you manage to fall asleep while doing this you will see yourself “projecting” into the Casual Plane.
C) The Absolute
This technique is known as the Ham Sah (pronounced hum sah) and is a practice used to raise the Kundalini. It can be done at any time and is extremely powerful after sexual alchemy through which you are more likely to reach the absolute. This is not to say that it’s impossible without the sexual alchemy. It is most certainly possible and is a very good practice for a single person to do to the calm their sexual energies, maintain their alchemical fluids and raise the kundalini.
Lay down on your back and relax your body. Once all the muscles in your body are relaxed begun to imagine the sexual energy in your sexual organs (testes or ovaries). As your draw a breath in pronounce an elongated Ham while visualizing the sexual energy rising from your organs, up your spine through to your head. As your exhale pronounce a Sah with your mouth while letting the air out of your mouth. While pronouncing the Sah visualize the sexual energy moving from your head to your heart.
If you are practicing sexual alchemy and afterward still feel that there is sexual energy to be used you should do the Ham Sah after as too much sexual energy being stored up can cause pain to the organs.
