With the two other keys to enlightenment Sexual Alchemy and The Death the final key of Dharma can be employed to complete this triad of spiritual practice in order to achieve further initiation into the White Lodge.
This key involves the spreading of spiritual knowledge to accumulate and spread Dharma around the world. Essentially it involves helping others spiritually through the ideal of compassion.
Compassion is the key to this third key of enlightenment and should be practiced in an altruistic fashion. Without compassion one is not in line with the overall plan to spread the spiritual teaching to others who are seeking it. If you are practicing this third key without a sense of compassion for others your efforts will be fruitless and you will find yourself stalling on the path to enlightenment.
Altruism or selflessness is the principle or practice of concern for the welfare of others. It is a traditional virtue in many cultures and a core aspect of various religious traditions and secular world views, though the concept of “others” toward whom concern should be directed can vary among cultures and religions. Altruism or selflessness is the opposite of selfishness. ~ wikipedia
He who does not practice altruism; he who is not prepared to share his last morsel with a weaker or poorer than himself; he who neglects to help his brother man, of whatever race, nation, creed, whenever wherever he meets suffering, and who turns a deaf ear to the cry of human misery; he who hears an innocent person slandered, whether a brother theosophist or not, and does not undertake his defense as he would his own – is no Theosophist
H.P. Blavatsky, “Let Every Man Prove His Own Work”
There are many ways to spread this teaching to others. The internet can be a great vehicle for the unveiling of ancient esoteric truths as can in person teaching. When someone comes across the teaching of enlightenment it is said to be their dharma that has led them to it and hence it is a responsibility of theirs to turn the Dharma wheel and spread the teaching to others.
Other than spreading the information on walking this path to enlightenment everyday acts of sincere kindness are also powerful in that they help to influence individuals and can affect their overall view of life and humanity, eventually steering them on a course towards the path to enlightenment. Every random act of kindness helps an individual earn Dharma creating more opportunities to spread the teaching throughout the world.
“Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” -Mark Twain
When the three keys to Enlightenment are employed together magical things begin to happen in peoples lives. The dream world is revealed and they are welcomed into the flow of Dharma where coincidence and synchronicity start to occur in their lives. Each key is just as important as the other and all need to be practiced on a daily basis to continue to reach further and further initiations.
