When we sleep we dream and are active on the astral plane. Due to the subconscious, more often than not we are not aware of the fact that we are dreaming and can often go through a dream thinking we are awake on the physical plane or not being aware of anything at all. Even if people do not remember their dreams they are still active on the astral plane but their minds are clouded by the subconscious and they fail to remember their dreaming lives at all. Through the process of enlightenment you can begin to remember your dreams and start lucid dreaming where you realize you are dreaming during a dream.
This is different to vivid dreaming where you have the clarity to remember your dreams. When you realize you re dreaming you have a moment of awakening into reality. You can then take control of yourself in the dreams and decided what to do and where to go.
There are many lucid dreaming techniques to be found on the internet. Whether these techniques are successful or not is to be questioned but I have found a couple that have been quite successful for me personally.
These techniques are known as “reality checks” which you practice routinely or whenever you remember to use them throughout your normal day on the physical dimension.
Finger Pull Technique
During your day take a moment to pull your index. While doing this ask your self if you are on the astral or the physical plane. Sincerely question your reality. Honestly believe that it would be possible to stretch your finger on the physical. Do this throughout the day to train yourself to then automatically start doing to while you are dreaming. If you can get the technique right, as in sincerely question which reality you are in you will find that when you do it while your dreaming your finger will stretch. When this happens in a dream you will realize you are dreaming and can then take control of your dreams where you can do things such as call upon angels and visit spiritual sights.
This is similar to the previous technique but instead of pulling your finger and making a reality check you take a small jump and sincerely imagine that you can hover above the ground. Do this routinely during the day whenever you remember to and you will find yourself doing it during the night in your dreams. When you do this in your dreams you will find you can hover if you have sincerely been trying to on the physical. From there you can try flying around and with this you can fly to places of learning where you meet angels who are there to help you with your path to enlightenment.
With this technique you take a moment to try to place your hand throughout a wall on the physical. No force is needed or speed. Do it calmly and gently and sincerely think that it may be possible. Do this routinely throughout the day and you will find yourself doing it during your dreams at night just like with the previous two techniques and you will eventually find yourself lucid dreaming.
With these techniques it is advised to focus on one technique at a time and to practice it for a period of approximately a month.
