The psychology of an individual is made up of many differing components. One of these components is the ego, another is instinct, yet another reactions but the most hidden and least obvious component of the psyche are the aggregates which exist in every piece of muscle of the physical body. The aggregates are like switches manifest within the nervous system that are more often than not switched from what could be called on and off but rather are being switched from one state to another.
Aggregates determine an individuals moves physically as opposed to psychological reactions and thoughts. You could say that they are thoughts manifest within the body. Subtle switches tat are flicked without a precursor. Technically without these aggregates one would cease to exist in a normal functioning mode where the body is dependent upon outside elements to survive. In other words the pat to becoming a supra-human entity to disintegrate these aggregates. Aggregates are grey matter that appear as clusters of what visually mimics nerves within the body’s muscle fibres.
Aggregates can be created when two nerves cells disagree on what to enact within the body. These then become a thinking “cell” itself with their own motivations and intentions. There intentions are not always carried out as they are competing with one another for influence over the bodily movements. By disintegrating the psychological aggregates you can begin to experience a flow of intelligence through the body where the nervous system becomes a taxi delivery system where packets of information or requests are transported from one nerve cell to another eventually becoming natural actions in the body where the consciousness is not blocked or restricted by the aggregates. To experience life in this manner is to live in the flow of absolute consciousness, something the cannot be described with words and can only be experienced for ones self.
The disintegration of these aggregates occurs in the body but is order by an action in the brain which may appear to the latent observer to be a thought but is actually something more instantaneous than thought itself. I have theorised that it is a instantaneous chemical reaction, something akin to a small implosion in the brain, in a certain section of the brain that causes the disintegration of aggregates throughout the muscle fibres of the body or rather that which is connected to the nervous system.
To disintegrate these aspects of your psychology what needs to be done is the internal verbal pronunciation of the word “disintegrate” every time an aggregate is recognised. To notice aggregates is the most difficult part of this psychological work but over time by using the tool of disintegration you should find yourself recognising the difference between an ego and an aggregate. I generally am able to tell the difference but have not entered the phase yet where I have begun to focus upon disintegrating aggregates which is the phase I am entering now. From what I have observed aggregates feel rigid as opposed to flowing and smooth. The point is not to catch an aggregate before it appears physically but rather to allow it to occur and disintegrate while the action is taking place.
Do try employing this technique in order to allow a flow of information to continue through the body unhindered by the aggregates. You should feel as tough your very actions are much smoother not so much relaxed but rather smooth.
